Yes.. lessons learned

Unfortunately yes.

I have a friend that really struggles with this. I absolutely love her heart, but she projects an image of who she wants him to be so strongly she blinds herself from the truth. I think our extreme desire for connection can somewhat be to blame for our blindness. Especially if there’s codependency issues at play it’s really important to take a break and solidify a strong sense of self before engaging with others 💗
