@terminix You just fired Richard, who has been our tech for 10 years. Everyone in our community likes Richard, and he was with you 29 YEARS. He was also apparently one year away from his full vesting and benefits, which seems suspicious when you investigate the minor infraction he was fired for. So now the community is pissed (this is Florida, so MANY families have Terminix), and there is an online forum on Facebook just for him. Do better, and rehire Richard.
