Self care is more than grooming yourself. Self care is therapy/life coaching, stillness/quiet a long drive in you favorite car, listening to some of your favorite hams or audiobooks, a day of nothingness, rest, a massage, a glass of wine, a good book, Your favorite coffe or tea, uninterrupted sleep. Fresh clean sheets/pillowcases, binging your favorite show or a phone call to a friend you hadn’t talk to in a while. A real self care day can cost you nothing more than a few minutes of your time
