Not all Irish people have that outlook, if your born and raised here you are an Irish citizen in my opinion, I suppose some would say that to be truly Irish you have to embrace Irish culture and that applies to everyone, regardless of skin color. These days nearly everyone has multiple cultures in their bloodlines from increasing diversity 🙌 I do think it's unfair and a little prejudice to say all Irish people are like that. But it's also unfair you've had to defend yourself against idiots!
