Kaiser 👉🏽👈🏽 Covered CA about whose fault it is that our insurance billing has been wack since JULY and I’m getting another wrong bill in the mail. At this point it’s a)comical b) terrifying for potential consequences since we can’t pay if we don’t know what we owe??????? I’m about to invoice both y’all for the stress and hours I’ve spent on the phone wtf 😩
