It’s very important to get everyone on board - from the security guards, proctors, lunch workers, paraprofessionals, principals, secretaries, ASB advisors, etc. And have them build relationships with the kids. You’ll be surprised at how much they’ll share & how much craziness you can intercept once those relationships are built, especially when it comes to middle school students.
