I think the hardest part about being a photographer is how much you gotta stare at a screen 😩 I get headaches so quickly from it.

2 小時內	Diane Budzynowski studio823tc	20-20-20 rule. For every 20 minutes of screen time, take a 20 second break and look at something 20 feet away. Blink blink blink. Use artificial tears. I am a certified ophthalmic tech as well as a photographer. 😉
