thoughts on Culinary Class Wars: if i had it my way… 1. whoever won the tofu challenge should also win the whole competition. that tofu challenge is tough as shit, the eventual overall winner (no spoilers) wouldnt have survived that!!! 2. finale should have been a blind tasting. 3. the overall second placed chef shouldve won Culinary Class Wars!! (refrain from posting spoilers please!)

I love Edward Lee but throughout the show, he has only portrayed his creativity skills and thinking outside the box mindset rather than focusing on the technical bits and the taste.
