I run all different stack height shoes. Sure the more cushy ones seems strange, but it allows me to push myself further and harder with less injury. I know many people who now walk or run more with these types of shoes. Otherwise they wouldn’t be moving around improving their health.

I’ve recently run in Kinvara 14, Pegasus 40, Pegasus 41, Pegasus Plus, Tracksmith Eliot, Puma Deviate Nitro 3, Saucony Endorphin Elite 4, Nike Trailhorse 8, and Nike Ultrafly. Those are all good shoes and I’m not a fan of a big stack height. But the Superblast 2 is head and shoulders above all the rest. It works for any pace, feels better when you are wearing it, and leaves you less beat up afterwards. Oh and it’s as stable or more stable than any of the shoes listed.
