Are they really unwilling to do the work, or do they discern that you are judging their inner process? Maybe you’re not fit. Spiritual work should never be competitive. Use discernment, instead of judgment. Someone isn’t ready to do the deep dive? Okay, that’s a great starting point - do you have the capacity to pinpoint why? Do you have the skills to help a person release and flow through the stagnancy so they can get to that point? Yes? Then what are you complaining about.
