I went through the worst kind of hell since 2023 when my 26 year old got diagnosed with breast cancer. I was given the guidance and choice…I can go through this journey with my heart fully open or I can fall back into the old pattern of shutting it down. I chose to keep my heart open. My daughter needed a mother who could be there fully and completely in order support her. In the process, I started to observe my own humanity.
