You need to have a “why” - learning a new language can be fun, but I don’t think there is any sort of industry pressure to learn Rust. Seems like you may have a mild case of the FOMO.

for ur startup maybe worth because it got type safety and performance out of the box , for career i guess not. i havent seen so much job ads looking for rust developer. if u want more balanced option i suggest u to learn go language instead

It has a steep learning curve. Since it seems you write Python, maybe learn to leverage it for specific functions/modules that benefit from speed. You can do the same in C.

I think it's just over hyped But yes if you've any use case you can definitely learn...
