I worked on film and television crews in Hollywood for 20 years, many of those years were spent on sound stages at Paramount, frequently next door or a few stages away from where the Dr Phil show was recorded. The crew members from the Dr Phil show consistently shared horror stories of working for Dr Phil, the screaming, yelling, threatening and publically shaming. In a town full of sadistic narcissists he was considered one of the worst people to work for. He’s just droppping the facade.
