There are lots of things that are best for our babies that we can't or won't do - it's best not to take them on long drives. It's best if they never hear us lose our temper at their father. It's best if they have every sleep in their own cot. It's best if neither of their parents ever have to go to work. How to feed your baby is one choice of many.

幾秒內	Rachel Scotland rachelscotland	I breastfed my kids. Yay! Best thing! I also did not follow the safe sleep rules, which is not the best thing! Those are both just facts. We're all making judgement calls about what risk is acceptable, what we can put up with, what we need to do to get through the day. Breastfeeding is better. Learn to be OK with not having done the Optimum Thing because it didn't work for your family.
