18 小時內	Vanie Villarico senselessvanie	If you're as competetive that can maintain a pace of 3-4, I higly recommend any of these. These supershoes will greatly improve comfort on high speed. This is not to discreminate slow runners (as I am one), but surely you'll find no difference wearing these versus wearing those mid-range ones. Try to assess your capability first, because these shoes are mainly designed for 42k. If you will only run 21k, go for the models within those category.
