Photo done on 4 x 5 inches negative film in 1984 with a Graflex camera. A few years ago I copied many of my older negatives of all formats, 35mm, 120 and 4 x 5. I used a DSLR with a macro lens and a small lightbox. The 4 x 5, I copied by breaking them up in 4 sections and stitching them back together in post. That gave incredible resolution of an already super high resolution source.
