Normalize the FACT that every child is different & will walk, talk, grow teeth, be ready for potty training on their own time. comparing kids is weird & is a low blow to the next child. kids move at their own pace we dgaf if yo child was walking at 10 months & talking at 1. the next child may not & thats OK.
