Lash techs what would yall do 😤 I had this new client that never booked with me before , she sent the small deposit the day prior. I texted her the night before and the morning of to confirm she’s coming then 15mins before her appt she cancelled and said this 😐 mind you i was glad she was atleast going to pay but then she never responded. So my question is , do i block her from booking? or give her a 2nd chance IF she reaches out again?
