This may seem controversial but I think more companies in malaysia should opt for hybrid or wfh settings or at least offer flexible alternatives. It's 2024, there are many different ways to communicate without hvg to meet f2f. Also, work life balance in this country is a joke 😅

6 小時內	Alif Aiman alifaiman.ao	Productivity is an issue for employers. While in theory working from home should result in similar productivity, it ain't easy to assure employers on this. Perhaps some had tried & it backfired.
8 小時內	Louis Lo louisarius	Almost impossible to achieve in Malaysia. Majority of jobs here are 6-days or rven 7-days work weeks. Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm is actually not so common. WFH? Forget it. Malaysia likely won't ever implement it.
