18 小時內	lismorelady	Yep. Water protests worked mainly because the water infrastructure is poor. I’d pay happily for water if leaks were fixed and pressure consistent and they softened hard water. Also there’s rural water schemes where the users pay, and businesses pay. We paid and then all of us got refunds from the government.
