#macromonday with a #galliumarsenide #npntransistor prototype. #richardkaussler was recently retained by an #electronicsmuseum to perform an analysis of some of their #semiconductors - and as we can see from the rest of the #bondwire at the bottom, it is likely that this #transistor was manually bonded.
