Pro tip. I use obs but SL probably has the same option. Go into settings/video/recording settings in obs. For encoder select Use Stream Encoder. The reason for this is on most systems encoding the stream, encoding and recording the game separately while also playing the game will tax the PC like crazy. If you can encode the stream, you are just telling OBS to save it to disk. Much less resources needed.
