The running course is under construction everywhere.
(wanted to jump over like a gazelle but held back... 🦌😅)
Just found out my Apple Watch tracks VO2max.
Tried hill sprints as recommended by a friend.
Did three runs going reverse route from below Westin to Dongbaek Island,
and now my hamstrings are so sore and drained haha
Reminds me of my cycling days - I used to attack every uphill I saw.
Guess some habits never change 🚴♂️
