Speaking from experience here, I'm pleading with anyone reading this, make a will, have everyone in your family make a will. It doesn't matter how much you have to leave behind, just document who you want to put in charge of your stuff. My father passed very recently, without a will. I won't bore you with the red-tape nightmare this places on me. Just spare your loved ones, make a will with an appointed executor.
