Finding it odd how many posts I am seeing on Threads from people who have recently picked up a hobby who want to be a full time artist after only a few months/half a year at most of doing their art medium, often w/no classes or art school background to help them transition to a new medium (majoring in sculpture/metalcasting really helped me pick up glasscasting, ceramics, slipcasting, fiber arts etc quickly). Lots of people, esp. internet randoms, are encouraging way too fast ArtistsOnThreads
