Which person are you / used to be?
I used to be Person # 2. I would spend up to 2 hours / day, up to 6 days / week in the gym. Even so, results were very slow and hard to come by.
It wasn’t until I learned how to program well - that’s when I got results!
Now I help many people do the same.
