Defying the NORM of what 55 is SUPPOSED to be is so fun! This whole aging thing is a MINDSET! Show up for yourself. Eat clean, prioritize your gut health, walk daily, increase protein, workout regularly, sleep 7-9hrs, set healthy boundaries. These are the things I could get away with NOT doing in my 20s that I HAD to do in menopause. GRATEFUL for the wake up call-to feel my healthiest coming up to 56.
