On the flight out of Heathrow the lady infront of me in the queue gave the cabin crew a Fortnum and Mason bag with something in it. She then went to sit (which was the seat infront of me). Once the plane had boarded one if the cabin crew went to the lady follow me, and they then proceeded into first class at the front. Is that actually a thing to get an upgrade? Why didn't I know?
