I have three hours until my next weightlifting session. Tonight, I'm upping everything--volume and intensity. In addition to this, I'm introducing a new exercise, so this is going to be quite the workout.
I will be upping everything all week and introducing a new exercise for every split since my strength seemed to increase dramatically.
Maybe I'll get a little more muscle out of the deal in a short time frame again.
