So my daughter is also autistic and has some struggles with hair brushing as well. Someone recommended a wet brush and I would definitely get one for your tool box. My daughter got my hair type so she has lots of hair with some natural curl. How does your kiddo tolerate the bath? If she enjoys baths I would plan a long bath with maybe some new or extra activities and I would also plan on getting in the tub with it for ease of access.
