I knew, I planked down 2 steps without putting my arms out to stop myself and landed on my skull just above my right eye socket onto solid concrete about 8 years ago, my eye was so swollen I couldn't open it for a few days and had a 16 week concussion 😭 It still causes me problems today. I was unconscious for about 20 minutes, I came round being walked to an ambulance with absolutely no idea why, amnesia from the moment I fell asleep on the sofa to the moment I was being walked.
