When people hear that I own a horse, they assume I am wealthy or my parents pay for everything. When people hear I am buying my first property, they assume I must be a trust fund baby. What people refuse to recognize and notice, are the blood, sweat and tears. The risks I’ve taken. The extremely long hours I work. The amount of times I’ve failed and had to pick myself back up. They only see the results, and not the journey it’s been to get there.
