My kids have 'fruit break' at school. Its what it sounds like, a break that they eat fruit (from their lunchbox, not school provided).
I haven't been shopping yet, and we're down to only one kind of fresh fruit so today they got fresh grapes and raisins..
Except, the 6yo's teacher told her off for eating the raisins at fruit break because "they're not fruit".
I'm perplexed. Since when are we not counting dried fruit as fruit??
