I beat up HGTV for contributing to the gentrification of many cities! I do understand that u can’t stop progress! Regardless everyone matters, in spite of of income/economic status! The problem is when we fail to plan! When redevelopment is occurring there needs to be a balance and a plan that stops displacement and homelessness! Be pro active prepare for market shifts with the development of homes affordable at every socioeconomic level🌹
