First of all, the problem is the person wearing bumshot because why on earth would you wear anyhow something meant to be inside of your clothes. Secondly, in a large environment, there's a lot of peopleand each one is struggling with something. What if someone had a problem of being a womanizer and they're on their journey to healing?? And imagine you dress anyhow???
