I used to be this way until I flew a couple times. Take a deep breath during take off and landing, those are the worst parts for me. If you’re like me, once you get in the air the sights are much more impressive than your anxiety is daunting. Find something to distract yourself, maybe play a video game you haven’t had time to play or read a book you’d been meaning to read. You’ll be okay, buddy. ♥️
