There isn't one. These terms are necessarily gendered and exist as part of enforcing the gender binary. The way to proceed is to just not say anything. Where you might say "excuse me, sir" just say "excuse me". "Thank you, ma'am" becomes "thank you" etc. These terms might be baked into the language of the South, but you can change the language.
