I remember I used to work the 6am-2pm shift. Because I was leaving so early, I took the bus to subway. If you a NYer, walking the street at 4:30am is/was not smart or safe! Any way, one morning I was running a lil late and I was rushing to the stop. Apparently the “regulars” saw me and the driver waited for me! So grateful. He said “we wasn’t going to leave you! And good morning!” That was a great day!
