I feel this way about 2. One is Bleach. I tried watching it and loving it when it first came out. All my friends loved it and we watched it together but I could never get into it on my own. It just always felt all style and no substance. The 2nd one for me so far is Black Clover. I think the problem has been I'm 39 and have been watching Anime since 1998. I've seen so many anime and read so much manga I really really need something to hit my soul for me to become invested.
