In the last three months, I’ve received four different poaching emails for jobs im qualified for. The conversation ends IMMEADIATELY when they tell me either: 1. Hybrid working model 3 days in-office or 2. 5 days in-office or 3. 15 days PTO My last two jobs have been 100% remote and unlimited PTO. How am I supposed to feel attracted to these new jobs with those types of limitations? Am I being unreasonable?? JobsThreads
