Pomodoro method but make it actually work for ADHD:
Borrow the concept of timed windows & throw the rest away, imo.
20 minute timer that you hit restart on every time it ends 🔁
Alternate between productive tasks & dopamine-boosting activities (like hyperfocuses & special interests.)
SIP WATER every time the timer goes off and grab a snack/meal every 2nd or 3rd timer reset.
(You’re probably going to forget to eat but the recurring prompt to at least try helps!)
