I failed a sobriety test while completely sober (the part where you put one foot in front of the other, etc.). I had one drink, and waited two hours before driving. The police lied to get me to stop (I "ran" an absolutely green light), refused to believe that I was sober before the test, refused after the test, and refused to believe that I was sober after two breathalyzer tests showing me well into the legal limit. 1/3

Then again some states I would still be guilty of DUI because anything that affects your abilities is illegal to have in your system while driving. Even DayQuil/NightQuil.

一天內	Victoria flonkertonchamp	I’m terrified of this happening to me - I’m autistic, and it affects my coordination and balance. I can’t do the backwards alphabet or walk a straight line without wobbling even when I’m stone cold sober.
一天內	k k_the_noodle_master	I hate police sometimes, I'm quite scared of being pulled over for suspected DUI, I have internal ear damage and a hip ininjury that makes my balance absolutely terrible, I physically can't put one foot in front of the other. I also have huge pupils naturally(confirmed harmless by my eye doc). Hopefully they listen to me, although it's especially unlikely since I'm so young and live in an area where cannabis is very popular and "seem the type" to a lot of people...
