An hour ago I was harassed and assaulted by a homeless man at a Starbucks off Sunset & Western. He simply grabbed my hand at first then kept grazing and trying to touch me in the proceeding moments afterwards, including lunging at me multiple times and reaching for my Apple AirPods. When I refused his advances and yelled at him to stop he spit directly in my face in front of the whole store and stalked me after I left . Thankfully I am physically ok and wasn’t harmed…emotionally though….

The employees said he had been acting weird and that they had already called the police. As comforting as that was in the moment it didn’t protect me from danger. He lurked outside that Starbucks, staring at me from the window. That’s when he came back inside and ultimately tried assaulting me and spat in my face(he also lunged at a woman with a small child).
