could have stopped at “Im no genius”

I had to cancel an appointment for a minor surgery 2 weeks ago. I said to the receptionist I have a cold. She asks me if I tested for covid, and I said no, it's a cold not covid. I know my body. 2 weeks out and the coldvid is over and I feel fine. I wish these places would quit buying into this stupid fear mongering from our leaders.
