It felt a bit random and kinda lazy. Everything shouldn’t be Agatha’s fault with the explaining of it being a blindly cast spell feeling a bit meh. I was somewhat expecting it would be revealed Jen wasn’t truly bound rather her grief & trauma over her attack was the cause. I thought maybe she’d either work through it on the road or a moment of desperation would trigger her powers. Nope, she just chants a spell to unbind them.

and it was even more significant knowing it happened in Boston in the 1920s.
