I feel ya on that. Borrow aunt Dusty’s instantpot. That handles potatoes like a champ. I’ll cook them in there for a while then pull them out and sometimes put them in the oven to crisp, or even smash small ones on a griddle and cook them like a burger, or cookie sheet then bake them with a bunch of seasoning and stuff.
