I’m only going to say this once.
👉🏼 Lifting weights won’t make you “bulky”.
👉🏼 Eating ultra-processed foods, seed oils, sugar, artificial sweeteners, caffeine-dense drinks and alcohol will send your body straight into an inflammatory response, leaving you puffy & bloated….making you feel “bigger”.
🛑Stop blaming weights for what your diet did.
