I’m sorry your comments are getting blown up by pro lifers. Consent to sex is NOT consent to pregnancy. Sometimes it is the MOST responsible decision to terminate a pregnancy so a child is not raised in poverty/dysfunction.

I (an adoptee) am so tired of adoption being used as an argument for and against abortion. They are different entities all together, and not to mention that systematic orpression that often comes with being a birth mother, and how they are often pressured and coherced. Adoption is a multi billion dollar industry, why would people want to change that.

I send my mother money every month to help her with the lifestyle she never had. I’ve started a foster care group locally here and focuses on children who have been SA’d. There’s a few ponds on the property and we’ve worked with local bait shops to provide each child with a fishing rod and lures.

I would like to hear how many immigrants you have taken in to your home.

Foster care and adoption will never give a women her 9 months of pregnancy back, unfortunately 😔
