My urologist decided I should have surgery (out patient) tomorrow. All we got told was, “surgery scheduling will call.” No problem. 1030am Sherry the Surgery Scheduler decided to choose violence. Tells me “you have to have an EKG because you’re a type 2 diabetic.” I’m not. She says, “you’re on metformin, you’re a diabetic.” Again, I’m not. So I hollered for my babe to deal with her cuz I have no patience. My babe has the patience of everything holy. 🧵⬇️

My babe walked in and gave the whatfor in her soft voice. 🧵⬇️

Found that out the hard way when I had COVID earlier this year and the urgent care was looking at my medications to see if I was a candidate for paxlovid (which I am not). But the nurse person looks at me like “oh, you have seizures???” Uh no, I’m using it as a mood stabilizer, I didn’t even KNOW it’s for seizures 😵‍💫
