It's weird finding closure about your first hometown. The first place you had roots, where your first memories live. The place you idealized returning to one day. I guess it really is true that you can't go home again. No amount of nostalgic thinking or revisionist daydreaming, can start to wipe away small town bullshit. (1/2)
